When a cult of anti-quirk terrorists destroys a city by releasing a gas that causes people's powers to go wildly out of control, Japan's greatest heroes disperse across the globe in an attempt to find the ringleader and bring him to justice. As part of Endeavor's team, Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki travel to the European nation of Otheon. But after stopping a robbery gone wrong, Deku finds himself framed for mass murder and on the run with a two-bit criminal—with both Otheon's police force and the terrorists

- All Might Toshinori Yagi, famously known as All Might, was the No.1 Superhero in the world. He was also formerly known as the Symbol of Peace. He had a quirk called One-For-All, which allowed him to gain superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina. He received this quirk from a former hero named Nana Shimura. After All Might defeated All-For-One, he retired as the greatest hero due to losing his quirk. He passed on One For All to Izuku Midoriya and is currently helping him to become the greatest hero on earth.

- Denki Kaminari Denki is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, allows him to discharge electricity from his body, but if he discharges too much, then his brain becomes short circuited for a short amount of time.
- Eijirou Kirishima Eijirou is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Hardening. His Quirk, or power, allows him to harden any part of his body to extreme levels. When the students at UA had to choose a hero name, he chose Red Riot.
- Endeavor Endeavor is the No. 2 hero in Japan, placing only behind All Might. His Quirk allows him to control fire and his ultimate goal is to surpass All Might and become the No. 1 hero.

- Fumikage Tokoyami Fumikage is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, is called Dark Shadow. Dark Shadow is a sentient shadowbeast that lives inside of Fumikage that he can summon whenever he wishes and can be used to attack or defend. The strength of Dark Shadow depends on the amount of sunlight present; the less sunlight, the stronger Dark Shadow gets, and vice versa. For some reason, he has the head of a bird but the body of a human.

- Hanta Sero Hanta is a student at UA attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, allows him to dispense a thick tape from both of his elbows, useful for wrapping and tying people or objects up.
- Hawks Hawks is the former No. 3 and current No. 2 hero of Japan. He is known as the 'man who is too fast' due to his talent as a hero he cracked the top 10 at 20 years old. His Quirk is called Fierce Wings and it grants him several abilities such as flight and enhanced senses.
- Izuku Midoriya Izuku Midoriya is the main protagonist of My Hero Academia. He was born without any powers in a world were 80 percent of humans have abilities known as Quirks, but that didn't stop him from trying to be a hero. He is later given a quirk by his idol and the number 1 hero, All Might after proving himself as a his successor. After enrolling in a prestigious super hero school, he embarks on a journey to become a powerful hero and symbol of peace. His quirk is called One For All.

- Katsuki Bakugou Katsuki is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Explosion. His Quirk, or power, uses the sweat from his palms to create explosions. He is very hot-headed and believes that he can be the best hero ever. He also strongly dislikes Izuku.
- Kyouka Jirou Kyouka is a student at UA attending to become a professional hero in the future. Her Quirk, or power, is called Earphone Jack, and basically allows the earphones that are her actual ear lobes to extend and connect with any object or part of her body, amplifying her heartbeat out to attack. She can also use the jacks themselves as whips or plug them into her boots to aim them in a certain direction. She is a big fan of rock music.

- Momo Yaoyorozu Momo is a student at UA and is attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. Her Quirk, or power, is called Creation and allows her to create any non-living organic item from her body, as long as she knows how its made molecularly. She, along with three other students, got into UA through official recommendations. She is also the Vice President of class 1-A. She has gained Genius Intellect.
- Mount Lady Yu Takeyama, also known as Mount Lady, is a Pro Hero with the ability to grow gigantic in size.
- Nejire Hado Nejire Hado is a top tier student at U.A Academy currently working to become a pro hero and is apart of U.A's Big Three alongside Mirio and Tamaki.
- Ochako Uraraka Ochako Uraraka (a.k.a. Uravity) is a hero in training, and Izuku Midoriya's closest friend and crush. With her gravity-based powers, she plans to be a hero in order to provide her parents with an easier life.
- Present Mic Hizashi Yamada, also known by his hero name of Present Mic, is a professional hero and a teacher at UA. His Quirk, or power, allows him to amplify his voice to create really high-pitched sounds. He grew up with and was the same class as Eraserhead.
- Ryukyu This Pro Hero known as Dragon Hero Ryukyu. She is hailed as the No #9 Hero and has the Quirk to transform into a dragon.
- Shouto Todoroki Shouto Todoroki is a student at U.A, high school training to be a hero. He is also the son of the No. 2 hero, Endeavor. His Quirk, is Half Cold Half Hot. He is the product of a Quirk marriage between his father with a fire Quirk and a woman with an ice Quirk. He is one of the main characters of the manga series My Hero Academia.
- Tamaki Amajiki Tamaki is part of U.A.'s The Big Three, he is know as the Flea.
- Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
- Tsuyu Asui Tsuyu, or rather Tsu, is a student at UA attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. Her Quirk, or power, gives her certain attributes of a frog, such as hopping far distances, sticking to walls, the ability to extend her tongue out 20 meters, and she can even eject her stomach and secrete a slightly toxic liquid. When the students at UA had to choose a hero name, she chose Froppy.
