"I believe I will be comfortable here. The pulmonary machines are separate. I didn't feel disapproving eyes. (I am very heavy. ) The staff is very helpful. Looking forward to many future sessions."

"Make sure to read what this one has to start because they do not have a pool,hot tub, sauna, towels. Also the child care center is super small and when I took my two kids in there the women didn't even speak to me so finally I told her I was taking their diaper bag with me to the locker room and gave her my number and told her if my one child needed changed to please call me. Well I went in to pick them up and again she said absolutely nothing and my youngest child had pooped and was going up her back and never once did she try to contact me. Then be aware that any bank or payment information you put on your account even if it remove it and put a different form of payment in the place of it they keep your information! Without putting that information in their privacy policy at all. If information is removed it should not be stored without making the person aware. As well as I moved due to a awful life situation and had to cancel my account well they are by far heart less and even after being made aware far in advance that I needed to cancel and was moving I got the lease to them the first of the month at 2:00am when I had got off work! Was still before payment was due next yet they still charged me on the account I had removed months later and added extra to my payment my membership was 40 and they charged 60. Just be aware it doesn't matter when you tell them you are moving and give them the lease they still charge you for the next month!!! I know for fact because they also did this to someone in my family! Not just me! I would really recommend going to planet fitness where they atleast have some heart and clear communication in written form as to what extra they do with your information and what they keep and do not! As well as being able to cancel whenever you need to. I now go there and am much happier."

"I gave 3 stars because of the cleanliness of the place. Bathrooms and lookers are in need of a lot of cleaning. Hopefully, the new building will be cleaner.As far as staffing goes, I would give 5 stars. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are extremely professional and push you to bring your best out of it.I like it because you don't have to fight for equipment, there is plenty for everyone no matter what time of the day you go.Martinsburg. WV"

"Been a member here for about a year, coming almost every day, and even though the facility is old (a new one is under construction) it is scrupulously clean and the whole vibe is warm and friendly. My trainer is awesome, and I’m getting great results. Definitely recommend this location."
