I had my car alignment at Ringo, Good people, great customer service. Dave was the person who did the alignment! He explained everything and did a great job.
I highly recommend this place

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MEAN IT WHEN THEY SAY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THEY BREAK!! On 2/3/16 I went to Ringo’s for a state inspection and left with a broken windshield wiper pump. Instead of telling me about it, they let me pay for the inspection and walk out to my vehicle with WATER POURING OUT OF THE ENGINE. I asked the owner why there was water coming from my engine and he told me HE DIDN’T KNOW. So, he pulled the hood up and acted like I was wasting his time and found it was the windshield wiper pump. I told him it was his responsibility because it wasn’t broken BEFORE I got there, he said it was not and he refused to pay for it. Then we walked into the bay and the young man that inspected my car said that, yes, when he turned on the back windshield wiper, the pump broke and water spilled.
RIngo still refused to pay for the part. Ringo rudely told me that this wasn’t their fault and if I bought the part, he would replace it. Like I would bring a vehicle back there.

DO NOT GO here to get any type of service done. I went in to get an alignment on my car on December 23, 2015. Dropped it off at 3:45 pm they called me at 4:30 pm saying my car was done. I was surprised they finished so quick. I picked it up, went to test drive it and my car felt the same, my wheel was not straight and it would just move to the right. I went back and told Ron about my wheel he said can you bring it back tomorrow before noon 12/24, so I did. Went back, test drove it and still felt the same. Since that day they closed early and closed the rest of the week, I went back Monday and said they didn't have time. Made an appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. Went there today to get it fixed. Got it back test drove it and they had made it worse. Every time I would break my wheel would shake and the check engine light turn on. My wheel did not shake and the engine light was not on before any of this. Took it back and they told me they switched my two front tires without asking me and I asked them to switch my tires back to how they were and I got told their is no one here to do that. When there was two guys just sitting around. Finally they told me they can refund me my money. Took my money and left. NEVER going back there EVER again.

My daughter is going to college there and I am 2 hours away. I called and talked to someone about an alignment and new tires. My daughter called back to make an appointment and the woman answering the phone told her she couldn't help her unless she brought the car in. I called Ringo's awhile later and talked to her-she said oh sorry she felt that way, whatever. She works and goes to school full time. Schedule is tight. All we asked for really was an alignment at this time. I am bringing the car to MY town and getting it done and the tires. No business from my family ever.

Went in for an alignment, then left for Houston for a couple of days. Still pulled to the right so I go back in two days later and they say that they cannot help me, but I could pay to have it done again. Way to support broke students Ringos.

I never do reviews but I had to do one for Ringo's. I went there because I needed a tire change. I know nothing about cars so I was freaking our about having a flat. They were beyond helpful and extremely nice. They made sure I understood everything they were doing. In my opinion the best place to go for car repairs in Huntsville!

fantastic service and price. I walked in the door and out in 20 min . They were very nice and had the tires in stock.
